Led PM and UX work for a smart community platform and vehicle-search mini program, using CCTV-based alerts, web management, and frontline fallback flows to support 24-hour community operations.

Education Workflow Redesign
Reworked the O2O exam system and a later English test app through information architecture simplification, component unification, visual specifications, and detailed workflow optimization.
